Still Plugging Away...

Just wanted to let you guys know I'm still making progress on issue four. I've got all the posts ready for this week on Psychoboy's campaign, but my day job prevented me from even touching a page all week. I'm happy to report I was able to ink and color page five this weekend and should have it wrapped up this week. I should be able to get back on schedule and get this story knocked out in about a month.

Issue Four, Page One Colored....Cars Be A Burning

Here's the colors and background letters on page one. How is it that even when I'm not doing an action story, I'm still coloring smoke and fire? Gotta love Psychoboy.

I've been coloring page 10 this week. Work is making it difficult to get a lot done but I'm hoping to still get it wrapped up tonight.

Page nine is inked and I'm coloring it tonight. It's been a busy weekend with work and some shopping at a toy fair, but I should be able to finish up the page later in the week right on schedule.

Page Seven Colors Ready! Red vs. Aqua Blue!

Page seven is colored. You can now see Fishbot in all it's aqua blue glory! I should be lettering the page on Wednesday.

 

Page Six Colored! Launch Hair Missiles!

Man, those are some pretty colors. Page six is colored. I'll probably have to wait til later in the week before I get a chance to letter it. Till then, enjoy a brightly colored man-eating giant fish monster and hair missile explosions. Godzilla eat your heart out.

Page Five Colors Ready! Gaint Robots Wear Purple Pants!

Page Five colors are done! Coloring a giant robot is like a life long dream I never knew I had. Should wrap up the page later in the week!

 

Page Four Colors Ready! Flailing Your Arms Around In Living Color!

Page four is colored! I'll be lettering it later in the week.

Page Three Colors Ready! Things Blow Up...In Color!

So page three for issue three is colored. I'll be finishing replacing the font on issue one for Comixology on Wednesday or Thursday. Then after that I'll letter this page and wrap it up.

 

Page Two Colors Ready! Aqua Blue Lightening!

Page two is colored. I have this completely irrational love of coloring lightening effects. I should be lettering this bad boy Wednesday or Thursday.

Page One Colored...What Shade of Red Are Gaint Fish Monsters?

Page one is colored! Took a little longer than I thought it would cause I had to fix some screw ups in the pencils and inks. It also took awhile finding just the right shade of red for good old Killamari. Hopefully I'll be lettering this tomorrow.

It's Coloring Time...For Page One!

So I didn't finish coloring page one last night but I got pretty darn close. Won't have time to touch it again before Wednesday, but it shouldn't take long to wrap up the page. Until then enjoy the warmth of my cartoon sun. :)

I'm in the middle of coloring page four for the second story. It's going quickly and I should be able to finish the colors tonight and wrap up the page tomorrow if my work schedule permits.

Finished coloring page three and did some of background lettering on it. Still got to find a good alarm clock font for panel one. I'll be lettering and wrapping up the page on Wednesday or Thursday.
